The Comal River Condominium Association, Inc. is a Texas non-profit corporation formed to govern the Comal River Condominiums located on South Gilbert Avenue in the City of New Braunfels, Texas. The condominium complex consists of 38 privately-owned units, all fronting on the Comal River, with extensive recreational grounds including several river access points, barbecue grills and picnic tables. The spring-fed Comal River is noted for the clarity of its water and its ideal suitability for swimming, tubing, snorkeling, scuba diving, kayaking, and fishing.
About half of the units are available for rental on a daily, weekly, or seasonal basis. Information related to rental agents, rules for renters and directions to the complex can be found on this website. This website also serves as an archive for important documents and notices related to the business of the Condominium Association. This latter information is available to unit owners on a password-protected basis.
